At Wall Decor, we want you to love your new space; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all art pieces and decor are returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely place the item in its original box with all protective corner guards and padding to ensure the artwork remains pristine.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
